Red Foot Tortoise 'Meatloaf' Female SP

Meatloaf was lacking some essential equipment and diet in a previous home. She would benefit from a proper diet, UVB, Heat, and humidity but is in good condition.

Red-footed tortoises are different from most tortoises because they eat both plants and animals, not just plants. In their natural homes in the South American forests and savanna edges, they eat a wide variety of leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, and animal protein.

Examples of these include (not limited to) a healthy mix of day to day options:

• Dandelion greens/flowers
• Spring mix
• Fruit
• Berries 
• Safe mushrooms
• Scrambled eggs (or raw quail egg)
• Whole ground quail, ground turkey
• Vegetables (shredded or chopped appropriately for the size)
• Safe weeds (plantain, sow thistle, clover)

• Frozen whole prey (mice, rat, quail) occasional
• Repashy Beardie Buffet
• Repashy Meat Pie
• Repashy Bluey Diet
• Pangea Fig and Insect (or any crested gecko diet for fruits/protein) as a "salad dressing"
